Hello, I’m Ben!  At 16 years old, I’m already pursuing my passions for food and space engineering through my business BAG’eM, which specializes in creating freeze dried foods, snacks and treats; also known as Astronaut Food.

 

Through countless experiments and a relentless pursuit of mastery, I’ve developed an expertise in freeze drying various candies and fruits such as raspberries, strawberries and bananas.  But I’m not stopping there!  My passion for innovation and creativity continually drives me to develop new and delicious creations that push the boundaries of what is possible with freeze drying technology.  

 

My ultimate goal is to create nutritious and delicious MREs (meals ready to eat) that are not only perfect for astronauts and military personnel but also for camping enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike!  With my drive and determination, I’m confident that I’ll be able to create something truly exceptional.
